Having our workers be part of the development plans causes company evolution to be projected into the communities. In other words, they know us and we can create more jobs; this is the engine that keeps the company running.
Our employees not only receive a fair wage from our company, they also participate in programs for daily enrichment: SOL induction, Us and the environment, health, family integration, solidarity, best manufacturing practices, safety on the job, the customer and us, plus recreational programs that create a friendly family environment. Therefore, we organize workshops and have not just the workers participate, instead, the whole family participates because we are interested in the basic core of society that provides us with strength.

The company’s services go beyond what is legally established because it provides healthy, balanced food; school supplies for children; scholarships; support during times of crisis; and support to strengthen the employee association. The association works on housing programs, supplying basic goods at low prices, financial support for families, and support during emergencies.
Training is one of the pillars that allow the business to function properly. Therefore, the training master plan is a priority so each of the team members can perform his or her functions with excellence.
